those calipers need a complete clean and over haul the pads are well past it check the disca for grooves and get them machined if needed I would completely rebuild the brakes as you need them to stop.

Thanks for your advise, I got new pistons and seals, dip in rust remover and then painted them up

New pads and bleed valves / bungs on order luckily discs are all good
