Hi Mike, I recognize those drawings in your layout photo. I'm glad they were helpful with your design. Your frame is looking very nice!

Your not alone, ive done a few also building my front axle.Took me two tries to get it right, started to bend the tube with mandrel and the tube kinked.I just cut and rewelded at correct angle needed.Dont get discouraged it happens to all of us without ever building one before. This is my first cyclekart build but not my first kart

I was at the swap meet yesterday and there was a guy looking for wheels like yours but solid, kinda neat looking wheels. There were no CT90 wheels exept on bikes that were for sale and over priced for what they were,as for any go kart misc parts ,nothing there that I could use.Did have a great time and lots of walking,PIR was about 4 miles and expo was about 2 miles. My legs are so sore but worth the the trip, got 2"high quality tie down straps buy 1 get 1 free, value of about $60 for $16.I will have them with me at Tieton if I can ever get my kart done

I like the front wheels (back too). Can you share the brand or source?

Have you thought about doing a papier mch body, you seem to do well with cardboard. It can be done.

wow, i never saw this post before and the trailer wheels were something i had pondered. i was wondering if the 4 lug piece that comes with some of the axel kits will match up to the lug holes in the trailer wheels? i live here in central fl and this is what i am planning to do. you can get those wheels for like $75 and they are rated for like 2500 lbs at 80 mph so they are more then durable enough. when ever mine is finished my plan is to take it to car shows to get the interest going.
