“Ollie”
Ollie is a Le Mans tribute car in every respect. Not only is the car totally restored, she has been completely worked over mechanically.
She is a 1600 motor taken out to about 1822cc with super hot cam, roller rockers, flat top pistons-hand made. MGB head for larger open valves and breathing, new stronger crank shaft, fully balanced motor and drive. New extractors and exhaust.
Her performance is staggering and she is a delight to drive.
Every nut and bolt has been lovingly replaced.
She is certainly one of the best examples of and MGA MK1 anywhere in the world.
She was originally re built by Greg Keenan and today is maintained by the Good Dr. David Short Automotive here in Hobart to Concourse winning condition.

She begins here debut in late 2022 with a few events planned.
But most importantly she is for Fun
