After 2 1/2 years (and no, I've not added up the receipts), I'm done with the GT6's restoration! From a find at a local recycling yard to a first-in-class win at its first show at the Seattle All British Field Meet. Thank you to all here at The Triumph Experience for answering the occasional question, and the inspiration of everyone's own projects. Thanks for sharing your stories and knowledge! Jim
Exterior Done!

I'm finally done with the exterior, and the interior is about there; just need to get the seats back together and the dash in. Unfortunately, all this was just too much for the car's old heart. Engine oil pressure dropped to zero, with a nice rod-knock to boot. Time for the engine rebuild. Someday it'll get off the jack stands!

The weather finally cooperated with my schedule! Now to do a little color sanding and buff it out. The color is Aston Martin's "Silver Birch," two coats of color and four coats of clear. That should hold it awhile.
