Short Run

It was fine and sunny today so I took Lil Blue for a short spin down the highway to my workshop and back home 12 miles. As I was reversing into my shed I noticed a ticking sound and yes the tappets need a bit of adjustment so I will have to get onto that along with putting the hard top back on foe a long run over the ranges at the end of the month .other wise car went well.

Sounds like a nice run Mike. It's funny how using our cars brings a smile to our faces. What's the range you refer to?

Hi AnthonyThe range I refer to is the Kaimai Range my wife and I cross over this quite often as we have a daughter that lives over it. I love it as it has plenty of tight bends down hill on the other side and some good downhill straights and tight bends at the end on our sidecheers Mike
