MGB Now Lives Elsewhere

After moving to a retirement resort in early 2019, I kept "B2" for a further 3 years. Lifestyle changes and a 1/2 hour drive to the nearest highway brought about the decision to pass the car on to someone else to enjoy.

I sold my MGB on the 1st of March (2022) to a couple of enthusiastic young men who I know will take good care of her.

I will miss my drives and just seeing her in the garage but it was time to let her go.

I can empathize --- poured a decade of emotion into restoration of my (yes its a Triumph) TR4, took second place in national concours class, then sold it several months later during covid to pay down borrowings to pay for kids' university costs - my MGB V8 to follow (enjoying some final time together!) and retirement delayed for a while! LOL Maybe your new buyers (or neighboring club members) would be kind enough to take you on a club drive sometime Andy? I would were you close to us.
