This is my 1974 MGB that I bought In 2011 with about 61k miles. It now has about 72k miles and is in excellent condition.
I have had knee replacement surgery so it is difficult for me to get in and out of the car. My wife doesn’t drive a standard, so I’m force to sell it and would like to see it go to a good home.
This is a clean, basically stock MGB with no rust and no bondo anywhere. It is very tight, drives well and has never overheated even in 95 degree parades.
It has a 2 barrel Weber Carb, Pertronix electronic ignition, Abarth style exhaust,
4 speed Overdrive transmission, new carpeting, new top and new fuel pump.
All the gauges are chrome bezel (not plated plastic), Blaupunkt cassette player, halogen headlights. Michelin tires have about 1500 miles on them and are in great shape. I have the complete original twin SU carb setup that came with the car and was rebuilt not long ago. I also have the original manual, and some repair books along with a few odds and ends parts.
Car can be seen and driven in Littleton, Mass and I would deliver locally up to about 50 miles.
