Bought in 1992 from San Bernardino, needed 4 years to pass authority tests in Austria, optimized over the years, every 3rd year new engine build up, have lots of ruined psitons :-)
Body: New Build Up in 2003/2004, teal blue with biscuit leather trim kit,
New Carpet in honey tan, seat leather surface reworked in 2018, change to Mazda MX5 gearbox in 2019,
Technical matters: 72 spoke wire wheels,
Front: Mintex M1144 on EBC Disks,
Poly Bushes, Neg Camber Wishbones, Uprated Lever Arm Dampers & Valves,
3/4" Anti Roll Bar, uprated springs 1" lower,
Rear: Spax Conversion, Poly Bushes, Anti Tramp Bars, uprated leave springs,
Motor: Bore + 0,060", Fully balanced & tuftrided crank & lightened flywheel & pulley balanced, con rods & Nüral pistons balanced to 0,1g
Moss Stage 3 Head, ported, bigger valves, alloy caps, CR 9,9:1, tuftrided rocker shaft, Titan high lift rocker shaft, cam D9 grind, harded and bored followers, tubular push rods, HS6 carbs with BAP needles & stub stacks, K&Ns, Peco 2" free flow with Maniflow manifold, Lumenition Ignition Set with Coil, presently replaced by 123ignition & Bosch Coil
Uprated Radiator, oil pump, water pump, Kenlowe, fuel pump.......
Pretty quick and reliable, saw Italy, Croatia, Romania and some competitions last year, sum around 8000mls, this year Italy and test tracks.
My greatest success: Though a british car it can do 100mph @ 40°C ambient temp on the motorway reliably for hours.
