or to vote for this race car or leave a comment

This is a rare version of the popular MGB convertible, but with a more powerful 6 Cylinder engine, beefier transmission, bigger brakes and larger wire wheels. The engine shares displacement with the Austin Healey 3000, but the MG engine has seven main bearings (instead of 4 for the Healey) and was a completely new unit.

This one is a typical Colorado car – no rust anywhere, and no evidence of damage or damage repair anywhere. It was repainted from a dark blue to the bright red, and while it presents well, there are some spots of overspray and some defects in it here and there. The convertible top is in excellent shape, and the interior is clean and functional – seats have no tears and the dashboard is completely crack free. The MGC has 15” wire wheels, and this one has brand new Vredestein Sprint Classic tires – correct and perfect for a vintage sports car. Has electric overdrive.

It runs and drives very well – recent maintenance, including the tires, suspension and brake master cylinder work. It steers, stops and starts very well for a vintage British car. Koni shocks contribute to a firm, sporty ride.

You mention some overspray but more details of the faults would help.

I don't underestand, but yes, the car is still available. I had a buyer that said they would take it, but they have failed to make the deposit payment or contact me in 5 days.
