Frame-off restoration as a vintage racecar in 1991, #6 has since collected seven logbooks with VDCA, SVRA and HSR, documented Group and Class wins with all three organizations, has appeared in many car publications and has graced the cover of Victory Lane magazine. Preparation details (partial list): 1296cc engine professionally built by Bob Wagner Motorsports; Moldex billet crankshaft; Quartermaster billet steel flywheel; dual 1½” HS4 SU carbs; remote oil cooler; four-speed GT6 close ratio gearbox; GT6 brakes; billet steel axles; large-flange 3.89 welded differential; Rick Cline variable rate rear spring; period-correct lightweight windscreen; 8-gallon Fuelsafe cell; MSD ignition; Panasport lightweight racing wheels; and roll cage.
