Car parts (rusty and incomplete) imported from USA in 2014 by Piston Empire and totally rebuilt by me. car was missing original bodywork and no chassis plate, sold by a Preston (UK) dealer to USA in 1984 with a twin cam and Ford engine. Passed through various owners one of whom had the FWB engine built by Hutton Engineering

After rebuild in UK, Roger Dunbar allocated chassis number 60/17 having agreed that car was original having 1 of 10 Hewland Mk2 gearboxes, Lockheed tin pot master cylinders and a chassis with gearshift bushes located for the rare rear entry shifter. The gearbox also had magnesium side plates for inboard drum brakes

Currently hillclimbed in UK and been granted FIA HTP papers
