1960 MGA Twin Cam that is an excellent candidate for a restoration. The car is in its original and desirable combination of black with a red interior and gray convertible top. It was frame off restored in 1996 when no expense was spared. Since then the car has been standing outside under a plastic cover. Paint is still very shiny and has some scuffs and chips. Interior shows signs of high quality work. Engine is frozen - it appears one of the spark plugs has broken inside the engine. Transmission engages and brakes are working. Underside and trunk are very solid and clean. Convertible top is usable. Car comes with a tonneau cover, side windows, spare wheel, jack, tools and a British Heritage Certificate. Overall this is a rare and desirable MGA Twin Cam and with some mechanical work can be made into a collectors item.
Update Late Sept 2022, Car arrived from New York to new home at opposite end of the country in Oceanside, CA.
Not disappointed in Car/body at all, currently bonnet stuck closed, but looking forward to getting this highly optioned model back on the road!
