This is a NO RUST 1959 Austin Healey 3000 Mark I with over Drive and matching numbers. The car came from the factory painted Healey Blue with a blue interior. The car has 71,850 original miles. The VIN is HBT7L / 726, the engine number is 29D RU H744, the Transmission Number is 667 and the car number is 3014 BT7L 547. This is a very early 3000 Mark I.
The previous owner had the car for the last 30+ years. The car was kept in a heated garage and was restored in the late 1980’s. The car shows very well, runs and drives perfect. All electrical and mechanical work as they should. The Engine and 4 speed OD transmission were rebuilt recently and functions perfect. Compression is 135-145 for all cylinders. Tires and wire wheels are in excellent condition. The car has a vinyl top (clear window), side curtains, and leather interior.
Recent maintenance include, oil change, filter, new bushings for sway bar, new tie rod ends, tune up, Lucas sport coil, rebuilt carburetors, and new battery.
I have a clear title in hand. NO RUST!
