Registry: 1958 MG Magnette ZB Varitone

My new project is to convert my 1958 MG Magnette to daily used car with a/c , it took me long time to find the best match for my project finally l have decided to go with 2003 Nissan pickup its widely available in my area and very easy to find fully running car in scrap yard around $1500 with all accessories and items .

The hardest things was finding the LH drive steering rack so I had to modify MGB LH steering rack to fit the MG Magnette.

Second hardest thing was the engine sump conversion. I used Nissan old model 1995 carb not EFI sump as reference so l can fabricate new sump.
The rest was relatively easy tasks such as:

Front brake disc conversion
Remote brake booster added
Modified Diff
Wire harness used ,PCM from Nissan donor car
Main exhaust header used the original Nissan donor car
Modified radiator hoses orientation
Engine mounting used Nissan
Transmission mount used Nissan
Nissan fuel pump was used and connection on the MG Magnette original fuel tank modified.
Shifted battery to the trunk.
Converted instruments and wooden from RH to LH.
Steering column modified to fit the signals indicators.
Added safety seat belt
Added reverse light and double signal
Note: converted positive body to negative.
