Cars: 1977 MGB and 1970 MGB Background: Aerospace- NASA 1963 to 1988. Delta Expendable LV 1988 to present; (McDonnell Douglas hence Boeing hence United Launch Alliance). First Car: 1955: 1929 Model A Ford (Sport Coupe): Added flathead V8, hydraulic brakes, and new electrical system. Sold 1958. First MGB (1977 roadster), 1985. Daily driver from 1985 through 1999, when a large buck (deer) ran over the right side. Status: Car nearly reassembled (that's an open statement). Body ready for interior. Engine reassembled from full overhaul. Now has aluminum head (not crossflow). Currently fabricating intake manifold to install Megasquirt EFI, including distributorless ignition (Ford EDIS) . 1970 roadster (52,000 miles) purchased from original owner. In storage until retirement.....1/1/09. RIP 2021
