I Need An Opinion

So I recently got a 1971 mg mgb (I'm pretty sure) and I don't know if I should pursue restoring it because it has been sitting for 37 years the engine bay is eaten up with rats and I don't know if it'll turn over probably not but the ups are it's been under a cover so it's not badly rusted besides for the hole in the floorboard passenger side it's the manual 4 speed has four carbs including the ones installed but idk ,if anyone can give me an idea of if I should try and restore It i need the...
